1. After turning off the main power switch and locking the door of the power distribution cabinet (assigning a special person to guard it), remove the residual materials on the inner wall of the mixer, around the mixing device, the discharge door and other positions, and check the connecting fixing bolts of the mixing device such as the mixing impeller and the liner.

2. Clean the admixture metering hopper, clean the collection hopper and the powder metering hopper discharge door.

3. Clean the main machine surface and clean the main machine lower discharge hopper.

4. Drain the water in the air compressor storage tank (drain the air compressor and the gas in the tank in winter).

5. Start the powder bin dust collector and shake off the powder adhering to the filter.

6. In winter, the liquid in the water pipe and admixture pipeline must be drained.

7. Add lubricating grease to each lubrication point.

8. After shutdown, the control system power supply must be turned off and the main power supply must be turned off.

9. The assistant must complete the cleaning of the main engine and the material door shaft about 1 hour after the main engine stops, but no more than 2 hours.

10. The assistant must clean the main engine carefully and thoroughly, leaving no dead corners, especially the main engine unloading door and shaft. Prevent the mortar from solidifying and drying, which will block the material door switch and damage the material door, shaft and bearings.

11. When cleaning, the assistant is strictly prohibited from using a pneumatic pick to hit the lining, mixing arm and mixing blade to prevent damage to the lining, mixing arm and mixing blade due to improper operation.

12. When cleaning the soil and leakage of the machine pit, the assistant should not load too much soil and leakage on the conveyor belt, not more than 200kg at a time, and convey in batches to prevent the belt from overloading and starting to damage the roller motor and conveyor belt.

13. After the assistant completes the cleaning of the main engine, he shall immediately notify the mechanic to inspect and accept it. If the acceptance is unqualified, it must be cleaned again and no excuses shall be made.
